How it works

Our Approach - your way!
We install a solar PV solution at your premises, which we insure, operate and maintain, while you procure electricity from us at a predetermined preferential rate. There is therefore no upfront capital outlay nor any other expenses associated with the engineering, procurement and installation of the solar solution. The Energy Supply Agreement includes a buyout and takeover clause allowing you to terminate the agreement at predetermined commercial rates.
Terms and Pricing
We request for 5% of the total cost of the system upfront and a predetermined preferential monthly rate over a period of five years. The monthly fee is divided across all the clients/tenants at the business premises who have signed up for the Route 3 PayGo solution.
Payment Schedule
Upon acceptance of the contract, 5% of the total cost of the system is paid upfront and a monthly rate of over a period of five years or any other agreed period.
Approval and Next Steps
Once both parties have agreed to and signed the proposed sales contract and/or energy supply agreement, it will become legally binding from that day forward. Route3 will then begin the installation of the solar system.
You procure and own your own solar system, and Route3 provides a turnkey installation with full commissioning and handover to the owner after installation has been completed. In this model, the entire investment and related insurances are paid by the owner while Route3 can be contracted for Asset Management (i.e. operations, monitoring and maintenance).

We request 50% of the total payment upfront and the remaining 50% is due upon the installation. If payments are not received by the agreed-upon due dates, Route3 reserves the right to halt all work until the outstanding balance is received.
